They and their subcontractors are always very easy and fun to work with. They have been very responsive to dealing with any issues or problems that have arisen during the project and in fixing any problems even years after the completion of the project. I always count on them being on time and on budget. I have had Waters & Wood do six relatively large projects on my home and office and would have no hesitation in contracting them to do more.
