Jared Long
Jared Long joined Waters & Wood, Inc. in 2002. Since then he has become an integral part of the team providing internal operations support to nearly every function of the company. Jared’s responsibilities include cabinet design, estimating, sales, project management, strategic advancement, and advertising. He specializes in commercial projects from 5 to more than 300 units. Jared has been considered “…one of the best in the industry on large project management.” Jared has the skills required to successfully evaluate projects, provide flexible options, and value engineer while maintaining design integrity. He has a strong customer service background and routinely retains customer loyalty. Jared received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Management from the University of Washington. He is proficient with Microsoft Operating Systems and Microsoft Office. He also has extensive experience with the leading cabinet design software 2020 Design.

Jessica Olinger

Jessica Olinger, one of the newest additions to the Waters & Wood design team, started in January of 2008. She began her career working for a leading architectural designer in the state of Texas. Jessica spent several years planning and designing kitchens at home centers in Texas and Washington and became skilled on the leading kitchen design software, 20/20 Design. Quickly out growing the home center environment, she decided to advance her career and join Waters & Wood.

Jessica has the skills necessary to provide beautiful and creative kitchens that are sound in design and functionality. Her exemplary customer service will ensure that each client walks away happy  with the entire process from design to installation.


Bryce Salzman
I have worked in the construction field very early on. At age 6 I was commissioned head nail puller/ straightener, from there I have moved up to framing and other related jobs. In 1992 I joined the Army and did 6 years as an Engineer with the 864th Engineer Bat., 2nd Infantry Div., and 101st Airborne Div. Were I learned the earth work and leadership portion of my experience. I since have been working in residential construction tract and custom homes then branching into Tenant Improvements as well larger commercial shell projects. I am working now to get a degree in Construction Management to broaden my knowledge and ability to help the growing industry.

Michele Healy
Michele Healy has been with Waters & Wood since February of 1999. She has over twenty years of experience in her field. She oversees the operations of the entire company which includes human resources and management of the finances. She assists the owners with decisions and employees. Michele is a vital part of this company and keeps many aspects of the business running and functioning correctly.
